Singam 3 - Tamil Film

The film began shooting in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh from 7 January 2016 with scenes involving Suriya. The new schedule saw a series of new cast members join the franchise, with actors Krish, Soori, Chaams and Robo Shankar portraying police officers while Haasan was reportedly playing a journalist. Vivek, who portrayed the police officer Erimalai in the first two films, declined to reprise his role in this film as he felt he "did not have a meaty role in it". A Hindi language teaser was released on 25 November.
