Following the prequel, Sheikh & PP haven't heard from Sherry in quite sometime and have settled into the doldrums' of their lives. But an invitation from Lubna's brother Rahat, takes them on an adventure to Istanbul. While preparing for Rahat's wedding with the billionaire heiress Zoe, Sheikh & PP are reunited with Sherry under the most unusual circumstances. Sherry is on a path of of self-destruction and no amount of convincing by Sheikh & PP helps him. As fate would have it his path crosses with the gorgeous and lively Celina giving Sherry the hope to live. Celina, however claims she can never be his. When Sherry shares his dire predicament and his undying love for Celina, his friends decide to help him. A plan is hatched where the trio follow Celina to Dubai. Due to skeletons in his own closet, Rahat inadvertently becomes a part of the plan and reluctantly agrees to help in anyway he can, though he ultimately ends up becoming a thorn in Sherry's side when the situation reveals itself to be more complicated than anyone had foreseen. Pakistan's biggest ensemble cast comes together in tilay wali jooti and suit Armani in 'Jawani Phir Nahin Ani 2' with a whole lot of laughter, a dash of romance & four friends fighting together for love and honour.
