For aller første gang kommer Chainsaw Man på kino – i et heftig, actionfylt eventyr som bygger videre på den populære animeserien.
Denji jobbet som Devil Hunter for yakuzaen for å betale ned foreldrenes gjeld, helt til de forrådte ham og forsøkte å ta livet hans. I siste øyeblikk reddet hans trofaste hund Pochita ham, og sammen ble de den ustoppelige Chainsaw Man.
